OUR STORY
Creating possibilities. Here to support your progress.

Vangeld was born with the founders’ vision to support property investors and developers harness credible opportunities that required quick, decisive and prudent lending solutions that were not available through traditional banking. With the founders having hands on experience in property development, private lending as well as traditional banking, we understood the struggles of borrowers and opportunities for lenders with a broad spectrum of risk appetite.

The founders started the operation by deploying their balance sheet capital to support borrowers with strong background and sound commercial character helping them materialise their projects. We value the importance of clear communication and actively engage with borrowers and stakeholders in proactively managing risks and outcomes. Building trust, creating lasting relationships, prudent risk management and shared prosperity is at the core of our operational philosophy.

Together Vangeld’s mission is to be here to support your progress.
